Used for In-Line Systems (Cap presser)

Helps apply the caps to bottle, mostly used on snap down style caps
The presser belt should be adjusted so that it makes contact with the cap immediately after it has been placed on the bottle
The presser belt should have a slight decline so that the cap is gradually pressed onto the bottle
